Matthew Vaughn maybe determined to make “The Kingsman 3″before then we have The King’s Man. Today 20th Century Fox Pictures has released the first UK Trailer for the upcoming Prequel. A chance to explore how it all started at the very first independent intelligence agency.

In the first two film’s Colin Firth was the mentor to Taron Egerton‘s Eggsy. As we’re going back in time Ralph Fiennes becomes the mentor to the younger Firth. Harris Dickinson plays the young conrad with Fiennes as the Duke Of Oxford. A story that harks back to 20th Century described as a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds, plotting a war to wipe out millions.

Whilst the first two Kingsman movies made enough at the box office, they were opposites critically. Like many franchises it was only a matter of time until we got a prequel. Compared to the those films this one seems to have a different aesthetic. We do love the idea that World War one created by the few for sinister reasons.

Things might be different but expect the same hyper-violence and styling of the previous films. Will this get Matthew Vaughn his ‘James Bond’chance? Who knows?!

As a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them. Discover the origins of the very first independent intelligence agency in THE KING’S MAN.

The cast includes Gemma Arterton, Rhys Ifans, Matthew Goode, Tom Hollander, Daniel Brühl, with Djimon Hounsou, and Charles Dance.

The King’s Man will arrive in UK and Irish Cinemas from February 2020.
