All Hail The King! All Hail Michael Fassbender! In 4 weeks time One of 2015 most anticipated films MacBeth will arrive in cinemas today we get a look at a new UK trailer. As one of Shakespeare’s greatest works gets a raw visceral ย makeover Studiocanal reveal the film’s main trailer that looks like will deliver the passion and ย slice of contemporary storytelling.

When you mention the mere name of the great bard to many you get a sense of dread reminding you of those schooldays in English. Ralph Feinnes’ Coriolanus proved Shakespeare’s works can be adapted in modern day, but now Justin Kurzel is showing us the traditional setting can be revised and feel just as contemporary. If people believe violent films are a modern day thing, think again you maybe surprised to find the origins go back further than we think!

MacBeth is the story of a fearless warrior and inspiring leader brought low by ambition and desire. A thrilling interpretation of the dramatic realities of the times and a reimagining of what wartime must have been like for one of literatureโ€™s most famous and compelling characters, a story of all-consuming passion and ambition set in war torn Scotland.

Formidable actors are on display here anything Fassbender even his onscreen Queen Marion Cotillard is worthy of a look as they are like the gel to many films, delivering incredible performances. There that good both them under the direction of Kurzel will team up for Assassins Creed, if you go by what’s on display in this we could potentially see the gaming film hoodoo finally end.

MacBeth arrives in UK&Irish cinemas from 2nd October co-starring Sean Harris, Paddy Considine, David Thewlis, Jack Reynorย and Elizabeth Debicki.
