Jamie Foxx Electro Teases In Comic Con The Amazing Spiderman 2 Trailer

The Comic Con is finally here and today Jamie Foxx Wants the world to know how powerful he is as Electro in The Amazing Spiderman 2 Comic Con teaser Trailer!

With the first full trailer expected to arrive this weekend Sony are getting the adrenaline flowing teasing us with a glimpse at Max Dillon (Foxx) strapped into the machinery that we assume transforms him into the villainous Electro.The teaser is only 39 seconds long and we assume the lucky folks at the Sony Panel in Hall H will be treated to more footage. He feel’s it in his veins, He Feels it in the walls, Oh boy yes we wanna know how powerful you are!!!

If your like us no stranger to the comic book world the look of Electro may have you in a spin but the delivery of what Foxx says is powerful, unnerving most of all menacing. Call him Mr Freeze if you like but Jamie Foxx is no Arnie and we can understand the direction the character design has went.It took me a while to appreciate the first The Amazing Spiderman film but with the potential of more villains in the shape of Rhino and Felicity Jones as an unknown villain, even Peter’s longtime old friend Harry Osborn, its a mouth watering prospect for any Spidey fan

Synopsis

“In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, for Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), life is busy,” begins the official blurb. “Between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen (Emma Stone), high school graduation can’t come quickly enough.

Peter hasn’t forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away – but that’s a promise he just can’t keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro (Jamie Foxx), emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

 The Amazing Spiderman 2 has been set for an 18th April 2014 UK release and  will star Emma Stone, Andrew Garfield, Sally Field with newcomers Felicity Jones, Paul Giamatti  and Dane Dehaan
