Extract Trailer
ShareBelow is the “new” trailer for Mike Judge’s Extract which will be out in uk & ireland on March 26th. I know if your American the movies done the rounds in the cinema and has been on DVD for a while, but this is just typical for UK and Ireland, release a movie anything up to a year after its American release. Its 8 months since the movie was out in USA just think Gentleman’s Bronco came out a few weeks after and that doesn’t come out until Mid May (nearly 9 months!) but this release made me think about a point brought up in a HeyUguys post.
 I do think its time for movies to get a universal release date rather than scattered over 12 months, if there werent to get universal date it would be wise to at least within a few weeks from the first release date so why? it would mean websites,magazines all on the same embargo for reviews, no need for spoliers,etc…Any way
 if you liked such comedies as Office Space directed by Mike Judge you’ll probably like this, it stars Jason Bateman,Ben Affleck,Mila Kunis, Kristen Wiig and JK Simmons. I posted a trailer for this movie about a year ago but I think that trailer is down, so there’s a new one below the synopsis.
imdb synopsis: Joel, the owner of an extract manufacturing plant, constantly finds himself in precarious situations that steadily worsen by the minute. First, his soon-to-be floor manager acquires a serious injury in a machine malfunctioning accident that subsequently endangers the wellbeing of his company. Second, his personal life doesn’t fair much better when he takes the advice of his bartending friend Dean during a drug-induced brainstorming session on how to test his wife’s faithfulness. Finally, compounding these catastrophes is new employee Cindy, who happens to be a scam artist intent on milking the company for all its worth. Now, Joel must attempt to piece his company and his marriage back together all while trying to figure out what he’s really after in life
