It’s been a while since Mike Flannigan film or series and next month we’ll have this one. The 8 episode horror series comes from the pages of the classic Edgar Allen Poe novel. Coming at a perfect time for Halloween with story of the ruthless Usher siblings. Bruce Greenwood and Mary McDonnell play Roderick and Madeline, whose dynasty is being ripped apart by secret from their past.
If we go by words of many of the cast, we can expect something darkly humorous even bonkers. We do hope so and the trailer plays to that fact. It looks chilling and fans of the director’s Netflix releases (The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass, Midnight Club, etc..), enjoy every moment. This looks like it will be his last for the streaming service for now, as he’s now heading to Prime Video.
