All the light we cannot see coming soon on Netflix

In a couple of months Netflix will release the limited series based on Anthony Doerr’s Pulitzer Prize-winning bestseller All The Light We Cannot See.

Many will know about the book, some won’t. Regardless, the streaming giants have created this behind the scenes Featurette. Enticing 4 minute plus promo that showcases what to expect and that will excite fans of the book to see how they can recognise the pages on the screen.

The series stars Aria Mia Loberti  as Marie-Laure  and Nell Sutton as her younger. The rest of the cast includes  Mark Ruffalo, Hugh Laurie along with Louis Hofmann, Lars Eidinger, Marion Bailey. We find ourselves in Nazi occupied Paris, France. A young blind girl who flees with her father from their occupied homeland. They do that with something in their possession, a priceless diamond and finds shelter with her uncle. She forms a connection with a young German teen that shines a light of faith in humanity.

Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, ALL THE LIGHT WE CANNOT SEE is a ground-breaking limited series that deftly interweaves the story of Marie-Laure, a blind French girl and Werner, a brilliant teenager enlisted by Hitler’s regime to track down illegal radio broadcasts over the course of a decade.

All the Light We Cannot See tells a story of the extraordinary power of human connection & a beacon of light that can lead us through even the darkest of times.

Directed by Shawn Levy and written by Steven Knight, the four-part limited series introduces newcomers Aria Mia Loberti and Nell Sutton as the older and younger Marie-Laure respectively, and stars Mark Ruffalo as Daniel LeBlanc, Hugh Laurie as Uncle Etienne, Louis Hofmann as Werner, Lars Eidinger as Von Rumpel, and Marion Bailey as Madame Manec.
