We’re only days from Christopher Nolan‘s epic Oppenheimer film hits cinemas. We’re stoked for this film and Universal Pictures teasing the flames With New Trinity Test Featurette that will take us to ‘Ground Zero’.
It’s not just the length of the film that’s epic, it’s also the presentation. One attraction of a Nolan film, is he uses the latest equipment to give us the full cinematic experience. Oppenheimer is a thriller that has been shot in IMAX cameras
This new Featurette is called ‘Trinity Test‘ and the director and cast chat about the moment the world changed. Oppenheimer knew he made something that would destroy the world and the fear of this power still sends terror throughout humanity . Even more nowadays as the bomb the Enola Gay dropped is nothing compared to the power of the bombs they have now.
What this new promo does also do is highlight Nolan’s use of practical effects over CGI…

The movie follows theoretical physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer (Cillian Murphy), the director of the Los Alamos Laboratory during the Manhattan Project (started in 1939 it ran from 1942 to 1946) and his contributions that led to the creation of the very first atomic bomb during World War II.
The film’s line-up also includes Cillian Murphy stars as our titular J.Robert Oppenheimer. Also starring is Matt Damon, Robert Downey Jr. along with Rami Malek, Benny Safdie, Josh Hartnett, Dane DeHaan, Jack Quaid, Matthew Modine. Alden Ehrenreich, Jason Clarke, David Krumholtz, Kenneth Branagh, and David Dastmalchian.
Oppenheimer will be released on 21st July in UK, Irish and U.S Cinemas.
