After the chaos of the pandemic we still have several films delayed, still to be released. Jon S.Baird‘s film is one of them with Apple also it’s new home. We are stoked to see this trailer as Glasgow, Prestwick and Aberdeen all filming locations.

Egerton is Henk Rogers the businessman who risked everything by heading to the Soviet Union. Discovering the highly addictive game in 1988 and out smarted the KGB to unveil the game to the West. Looking back that game would become a worldwide sensation.

I remember when they announced they where making this film, it was greeted with surprise. Now we have footage it’s not as ridiculous as we first believed. This isn’t really about the game, it’s the story of the man who discovered it. Some may see this as Capitalism versus Communism with a big slice of The Social Network. What we have here actually looks impressive and love the pixelated moments too!
