What happens when there’s no superheroes to save you? Send in the pets! Warner Bros have unveiled a third UK Trailer for DC League Of Super-Pets that shows The Justice League’s animal companions are stepping up.
The latest promo does reveal who the ragtag group of super animals will face, also that it’s not because they’re super that makes them heroes!
In DC League Of Super-Pets, Superman (John Krasinski) shares his superpowers with his faithful dog Krypto (Dwayne Johnson). But when the Justice League are kidnapped Krypto teams up together with sheltered dog Ace. Along side a host of other shelter animals to save the League and off course humanity from Lex Luthor (Marc Maron)!
You wonder what Jerry Siegel would have thought about his 1962 creation is set to be a animated feature? I think he would love it as much as we’re looking forward to seeing this on the big screen. As I’ve said in the previous two trailer posts, this maybe for the kids it’s one for all the family!
In “DC League of Super-Pets,” Krypto the Super-Dog and Superman are inseparable best friends, sharing the same superpowers and fighting crime in Metropolis side by side. When Superman and the rest of the Justice League are kidnapped, Krypto must convince a rag-tag shelter pack—Ace the hound, PB the potbellied pig, Merton the turtle and Chip the squirrel—to master their own newfound powers and help him rescue the superheroes.
The voice cast also includes Keanu Reeves, Kate McKinnon, Kevin Hart, Vanessa Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, Diego Luna, Thomas Middleditch, and Ben Schwartz.
The DC League Of Super-Pets has a new UK and Irish cinema release date and that date is 29th July.
