After a long long wait for it’s cinematic release, Clio Barnard’s indie drama Ali & Ava will finally get it’s UK release on Friday. Altitude Films want to give us one more reminder why we should go see this with a new short Clip.

The film has been described as a heartfelt love story which stars Adeel Akhtar, Claire Rushbrook in our titular roles. We follow two lonely hearts who spark an unlikely romance. Both lonely for different reasons coming together all thanks to the stresses of life.

There’s nothing worse after a relaxing bath or shower, there’s a knock at your door. In this new clip, Ava is just out the bath and it’s Ali, asking her to let him in. Will she?
