Ahead of it’s UK Premiere tonight at BFI London Film Festival, Vertigo Releasing have released the UK Trailer for Boiling Point. Starring Stephen Graham who finds himself under pressure in the kitchen in Philip Barantini‘s new British Indie drama thriller.

This film sees Barantini once again working with Graham. This film is the filmmaker’s second feature since his debut with the previous collaboration back in Villain in 2020. The pair also worked together the previous year on the short film this feature is based on. It’s also great to Graham who is a superb character/supporting actor get a chance to truly shine in a lead role, head on with the Gordon Ramsay vibe.

Graham plays an emotionally scarred and drug addicted London chef who struggles to wrangle his team on the busiest day of the year in this single-take film.

This is a world exclusive trailer and later tonight watch out for our review as well!

This is ‘Magic Friday’, the last Friday before Christmas and the busiest night of the year. Andy Jones, Head Chef at one of the top restaurants in London, is battling debts, addiction and an imploding personal life. The pressure is already on when health and safety services unexpectedly show up for inspection. Shot in a single take, in and out of a kitchen reaching boiling point.

The film also stars Vinette Robinson, Jason Flemyng, Jordan Alexandra, Ray Panthaki and Hannah Walters.

Boiling Point will be making it’s UK Premiere tonight at BFI London Film Festival 11th October, then tomorrow on 12th then 17th October. If you are unable to make these dates, Vertigo Releasing will release the film in the UK and Ireland from 3rd December.
