First Look At Keira Knightley’s Dark Festive Film Silent Night

When it comes to Christmas, it’s a time we should celebrate together with our family or loved ones. In Camille Griffin’s sharp, dystopian Christmas comedy Silent Night, that group of friends celebrate one final time!

Keira Knightley and Matthew Goode star in this one, about a group of old friends who reunite for Christmas. This celebration will be no ordinary one, as all around them is about to end, as Earth is about to be destroyed. What could happen or said at this party?

Altitude Films are set to release this film in December and today have sent us a selection of first look images from that film.

In true British fashion, (while the rest of the world faces impending doom), a group of old friends reunite to celebrate Christmas in the comfort of an idyllic country home. Burdened with the inconvenience of mankind’s imminent destruction, they adopt a stiff upper lip, crack open another bottle of prosecco and continue with their festivities. But no amount of stoicism can replace the courage needed for their last night on earth.

Writer and director Griffin’s debut features a star studded array of British and international acting talent; including Roman Griffin Davis (Jojo Rabbit), Annabelle Wallis (The Mummy, Peaky Blinders), Kirby Howell-Baptiste (Cruella, Queenpins), Ṣọpé Dìrísù (Gangs of London), Rufus Jones (Stan and Ollie), Lucy Punch (Motherland) and Lily-Rose Depp (The King).

Silent Night will be released in UK and Irish Cinemas from 3rd December.
