Neil Maskell is ‘The Big Bad Wolf’ In Bull UK Trailer

Whose afraid of the big bad wolf? In Paul Andrew Williams British revenge thriller Bull you should be afraid of Neil Maskell. Today Signature Entertainment have released the film’s UK Trailer as the Kill List actor is a man possessed returning to old haunts, with one thing on his mind…revenge!

The film made it’s world premiere at Fantasia Fest last week, the reviews so far have been good. Some saying it has a similar tone to Brawl in Cell Block 99 and the fact Maskell is not your conventional lead man in crime thrillers. If you’ve seen him in his previous films he does deliver the ‘wounded’ character on a mission really well.

In Bull he plays a man returning home after ten years looking for his son. The old haunts he was the enforcer for a local gang family, seeks revenge on those who back stabbed him whilst facing the painful secrets of his past.

This maybe a low budget crime thriller, however it use it’s surroundings really well. Most of all this looks really good…

Bull is a brutal, subversive and wickedly suspenseful revenge thriller written and directed by Bafta®-winner Paul Andrew Williams (London to Brighton), and featuring outstanding performances from an electric Neil Maskell (Kill List, Utopia) and a terrifying David Hayman (Taboo, Vertical Limit) plus Tazmin Outhwaite (Eastenders). After a 10-year absence, former gang enforcer Bull returns to his old haunts to find his missing son and seek revenge on those who double crossed him and left him for dead. Painful secrets from the past will soon be revealed and like a man possessed, Bull will stop at nothing to get back at those who must atone for their sins.

Signature Entertainment haven’t set a UK or Irish release date or confirmed the format Bull will be released. The film also stars David Hayman and Tazmin Outhwaite (Eastenders).
