Last week saw the release of the UK Trailer for Joe Carnahan‘s Copshop starring Gerard Butler and Frank Grillo. Since the start of 2021 we’ve been hearing good things about his previous film Boss Level starring Frank Grillo. Not a thing on the UK release until now, when Amazon release the film’s UK Trailer.
Grillo plays Roy Pulver and he has died 144 times and is still counting. Finding himself stuck in a time loop having to relive the same day over and over again, can he ever break the loop?
Time loop films have been around for a while with the likes Looper, Source Code, Happy Death Day, Palm Springs some of the most notable. This one goes for the all action thriller style, fingers crossed it delivers…

Trapped in a time loop that constantly repeats the day of his murder, former special forces agent Roy Pulver (Frank Grillo) uncovers clues about a secret government project that could unlock the mystery behind his untimely death. In a race against the clock, Pulver must hunt down Colonel Ventor (Mel Gibson), the powerful head of the government program, while outrunning skilled ruthless assassins determined to keep him from the truth in order to break out of the loop, save his ex-wife (Naomi Watts) and live once again for tomorrow.
The film also stars Annabelle Wallis, Mel Gibson, Naomi Watts, Michelle Yeoh, Will Sasso, Rob Gronkowski, Ken Jeong, Mathilde Ollivier, and Selina Lo.
Boss Level will be exclusively launched in the UK and Ireland from Friday 13th August on Amazon Prime Video.
