Viva Zombie Vegas! Zack Snyder’s Army Of The Dead Gets A Trailer

We’ve been talking about it for a while now and it’s ten years in the making, viva Zombie Vegas as we get the First Trailer for Zack Snyder’s Army Of The Dead.

Written and directed by Snyder himself which he finished back in 2019. Two years might have been an eternity for fans of the filmmaker, he’s been developing the project for ten years. With the Snyder Cut Justice League only a few weeks away, what better time for Netflix to release the trailer be it a teaser.

The film marks his return to zombie sub genre, as this genre gave Snyder his first feature. 2004 he made the highly entertaining, even underrated Dawn Of The Dead remake. Modern reboot of George A Romero‘s classic shopping Mall horror, with the twist the zombies can run!

The one thing about zombie films, the synopsis is simple. For this one an zombie outbreak has hit Las Vegas, a group of hired guns into Vegas, pull off the greatest heist ever. Will it be the ultimate gamble?

The trailer might not reveal much , it does tease a potential darkly comedic undertone. Most of all, this looks absolute bonkers, nonsense, highly entertaining escapism. If Zack Snyder can deliver even a slice of what he did in Dawn Of The Dead, he’ll be onto a winner!

Following a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, a group of mercenaries take the ultimate gamble, venturing into the quarantine zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted.

The film stars Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Ana De La Reguera, Theo Rossi, Matthias Schweighöfer, Nora Arnezeder, Hiroyuki Sanada, Garret Dillahunt, Tig Notaro, Raúl Castillo, Huma Qureshi, Samantha Win, Richard Cetrone, and Michael Cassidy.

Army Of The Dead will be released exclusively on Netflix on 21st May.
