One Will Fall In The First Godzilla Vs Kong Trailer!

Legends collide and Warner Bros. Pictures finally release the Official first UK Trailer for much anticipated monster smash Godzilla Vs Kong. The monster titans finally face each other on the big screen (hopefully), one will fall, but who?!

Way maybe still in the middle of horrible pandemic these iconic monsters still have an appetite for destruction. Adam Wingard‘s upcoming film might just bring a smile or two in these days of gloom. With the uncertainty of exactly when here in the UK we’ll see this on the big screen, your guess is good as ours. This is a film that must be seen on the big screen, the biggest screen possible!

Seven years ago it was Gareth Edward‘s Godzilla with Kong: Skull Island a few years later introducing the skull crushing monarch. Godzilla then showed who was ‘the king’ when he battled 3 of his foes in Godzilla: King Of The Monsters. This year we’ll see them finally facing each other in one mega battle with world looking like the battleground.

Wingard as a director has made a name for himself in indie horror with the likes of You’re Next and The Guest, after this one he is remaking Cult Korean horror I Saw The Devil. Here’s hoping he can beat the critics of the previous monster verse films deliver an entertaining blockbuster.

Legends collide in “Godzilla vs. Kong” as these mythic adversaries meet in a spectacular battle for the ages, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance. Kong and his protectors undertake a perilous journey to find his true home, and with them is Jia, a young orphaned girl with whom he has formed a unique and powerful bond. But they unexpectedly find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla, cutting a swath of destruction across the globe. The epic clash between the two titans—instigated by unseen forces—is only the beginning of the mystery that lies deep within the core of the Earth.

The film stars Alexander Skarsgård, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Shun Oguri, Eiza González, Julian Dennison, Kyle Chandler along with Demián Bichir.

Godzilla Vs Kong will be released in the UK & Ireland for rent on Premium Video On Demand from 1st April. This news will certainly annoy many  as this film is made for the big screen, hopefully Warner Bros will give the film a big screen release later in the year when we do go back to cinemas!
