Sally Rooney’s Normal People Set For An Autumn DVD Release

Lenny Abrahamson‘s (Room) Normal People the unmissable BBC / Hulu series based on the best-selling novel by Sally Rooney. Arriving on DVD in the UK and Ireland in time for Christmas and is now available to pre-order.

The four-time Emmy®-nominated television series of the year DVD will be packed with never-before-seen exclusive extras that include Deleted Scenes as well as Daisy and Paul’s Audition Tape, other bonus content includes the series featurette and an extended interview with the lead cast, a must own for any fan of the series.

An exquisite and compulsive modern love story about how two people profoundly impact each other’s lives, Normal People tracks the tender but complicated relationship of Marianne (Daisy Edgar-Jones) and Connell (Paul Mescal) from the end of their school days in a small west of Ireland town to their undergraduate years at Trinity College Dublin. Sally Rooney adapted her coming-of-age book with Alice Birch along with Irish playwright Mark O’Rowe. The Series is directed by the Oscar-nominated film-maker Lenny Abrahamson and English director Hettie Macdonald and is produced by the Oscar® and BAFTA® award-winning production company Element Pictures.
