The Secrets We Keep Trailer ‘Revenge’ Is On Noomi Rapace’s Mind

Noomi Rapace is no stranger to revenge, she made her name as hacker Lisbeth Salander. She made a name in the name of revenge, in The Secrets We Keep she faces a different type of revenge.

Beecker Street have released the Official Trailer which teases this retribution will be driven by emotion. Characters with complexed and layered pasts which could potentially lead the film down some truly dark paths.

Set in post-WWII America, Rapace plays a woman with her husband (Chris Messina) rebuilding her life. Suddenly she sees a ghost from her past, her neighbour (Joel Kinnaman) who she believes is the man who committed heinous crimes against during the war. Her and her husband kidnap the neighbour.

This is one film questions a persons judgement, “Are you sure this is the person?”…

In post-WWII America, a woman (Noomi Rapace), rebuilding her life in the suburbs with her husband (Chris Messina), kidnaps her neighbor (Joel Kinnaman) and seeks vengeance for the heinous war crimes she believes he committed against her. Directed by Yuval Adler from a script by Ryan Covington and Yuval Adler.

The film also stars Amy Seimetz, and Lucy Faust.

The Secret We Keep will get an limited cinema release on 16th September in the USA. On the 16th October a VOD release, no word on who and when the film gets an UK release.
