In the last 24 hours Sony Pictures announced the film will be called Venom: Let There Be Carnage. And if your familiar with these characters, there will be CARNAGE! One Punch Man Anime Getting A Live Action Film | FILM

With Sony Pictures updating on comic book character it looks like they’ll focus on another. One Punch Man is probably one of the most absurd Manga (&anime) around, according to Variety they want to make a live action version.  To be produced by Avi Arad (who produced many of the MCU films) with Venom writers Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner scripting.

Created by Japanese artist One in 2009.  We follow Saitama, a superhero who can defeat any opponent with a single punch but seeks to find a worthy opponent after growing bored by a lack of challenges in his fight against evil.

Due to how popular the character worldwide, the report says this project has been given high priority, with a potential franchise. Now who do you think should play Saitama? sourceVariety

Westworld Commissioned For Fourth Season | TV

I’m not going to preach as if I know everything about Westworld TV show on Sky Atlantic/HBO, I’ve never seen it. But for anyone enjoying the existing 3 seasons will be happy to know, season four has been commissioned. From those who watched the current season, it returned with a different approach, new characters. Despite the darker tone, confusion and slow start it seems things improved.  Most off all it was like a reboot of the show.

When that next season will  go into production, will be down to what happens with the Lockdown. What direction and potential stories we don’t know yet as they wait for the current season to end. HBO announced the news themselves and Casey Bloys  President commented “From the Western theme park to the technocratic metropolis of the near future, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed every twist and turn from the minds of master storytellers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy,”.

At least they’ll be one more season and HBO are hoping they will learn lessons from The Game Of Thrones debacle. Expect Westworld Season Four in 2022. SourceCollider

Will The Eternals Have A Young Thanos Feature? FILM

Comic book artist/writer  Jim Starlin may have dropped some big news for the upcoming Eternals film. Could one of his creations be making an appearance in Chloe Zhao‘s upcoming film? Could a young Thanos be making a return to the be screen after he was ‘dusted’ in Avengers: Endgame?

Talking to CBR, Starlin teases there’s more of the big mad titan’s journey still to come. “They made a s*** load of money off this guy. So I don’t see them retiring him anytime soon. Comic book characters tend to have an extended lifespan beyond the actors who work on them. I’m half expecting to see much more Thanos down the line.”

The Young Thanos was set to appear in Avengers: Infinity Wars in 2014, and the Russo Brothers also wanted to play on his origins. Maybe The Eternals will be that key especially when his father A’lars is big player in that world. Read full article here.
