The weeks are counting down to James Bond 25, aka No Time To Die. In just over 5 weeks time, Daniel Craig will be in one final duty on Her Majesty’s Service. How will he go out? Retiring? Faking his death to go into hiding or will go out in a blaze of glory?
They will be questions some fans will be asking about Daniel Craig. Frankly no one really knows apart from Craig himself. “We aimed to do something extraordinary with this one,” Director Cary Joji Fukunaga gives a behind-the-scenes look at No Time To Die.
Fukunaga is not short of praising Craig and the other cast. He talks about the iconic opening credits and this “will be his most challenging and difficult” mission to date.
In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
The film stars Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Christoph Waltz and Ralph Fiennes as “M”. Also starring Rory Kinnear, Ana de Armas, Dali Benssalah, David Dencik, and Billy Magnussen.
No Time To Die will arrive in UK and Ireland 2nd April 2020, 8th April 2020 in the USA.
