With the European Premiere just over two weeks away, Entertainment One release a new promo. A promo that teases more new footage and the high octane adventure on the cards.

Felicity Jones and Eddie Redmayne reunite in this thrilling drama directed by Tom Harper (Wild Rose) and written by Jack Thorne (Wonder). Set in 1862 and inspired by true events, The Aeronauts follows wealthy young widow Amelia Wren (Jones) and headstrong scientist James Glaisher (Redmayne), as they mount a balloon expedition to fly higher than anyone in history. This is a journey to the very edge of existence, where the air is thin and the chances of survival are slim. As their perilous ascent reveals their true selves, this unlikely pair discover things about each other – and themselves – that helps each of them find their place in the world they have left behind.

The Aeronauts is produced by Todd Lieberman, David Hoberman and Tom Harper and also stars a wealth of British talent including Himesh Patel (Yesterday), Anne Reid (Song for Marion), Tom Courtenay(45 Years), Tim McInnerny (Peterloo) and Phoebe Fox (Eye in the Sky).

The Aeronauts will enjoy its European premiere at the London Film Festival  as Mayor of London’s Gala On October 7th and will be released in cinemas across the UK and Ireland, and in IMAX venues, on Wednesday, November 6th.
