Countdown Trailer Unveisl The App That Tells You When You Die

We live in a age we rely heavily on technology especially mobile phones. There’s an app for everything and in Countdown UK Trailer, there’s one to tell you, when you die!

In Countdown we follow a young nurse called Quinn. She decides to download a new app that predicts your death, predicting she only has three days to live! Cue ‘countdown’ and Quinn’s fight to save her life.

This film is like a satirical kick at a generation who heavily rely on phones. It’s ironic certain generations find it hard to talk face to face sticking to emails or social media. We’re not saying phones don’t have advantages, it’s just zombified a generation of people.

This film has humour as well as shades of Final Destination, even Rings. A big paranormal feel to the film too. We can clearly see it’s aiming for teenage audience who seem to spend most of their days on their phones. More fun elements than scary moments…

In COUNTDOWN, when a young nurse downloads an app that claims to predict exactly when a person is going to die, it tells her she only has three days to live. With time ticking away and a mysterious figure haunting her, she must find a way to save her life before time runs out.

Following her star role in Netflix’s hugely successful YOU, Elizabeth Lail will be starring in this exciting new race-against-the-clock tech-horror.

The film also stars Elizabeth Lail, Anne Winters Jordan Calloway, Talitha Bateman, Tichina Arnold, P.J. Byrne, and Peter Facinelli.

Countdown will be out in UK and Irish Cinemas on Saturday, October 25th.
