Watch A Million Little Pieces UK Trailer Aaron Taylor Johnson Dices With Death

Aaron Taylor-Johnson life hits rock bottom as he stars as an addict at a crossroads. Entertainment One UK has released the UK Trailer for A Million Little Pieces. Sam Taylor-Johnson directs her husband in the lead role based on the best-selling book by James Frey.

Frey’s works are considered controversial, largely seen as not 100% true. Simply because the content couldn’t be fully validated, leaving Frey with one public figure Oprah Winfrey publicly not a fan. That was a long time ago, his memoir is back fanning the fire plus our lead star is also this film’s scriptwriter. Probably not the easiest or even best films to debut your writing talents.

Our one concern, is why has Entertainment One released the trailer just over 3 weeks before release. Not always a good sign the distributor has faith in the film, but not always that reason.

An alcoholic and a drug addict, 23-year-old James has two options: treatment or death. After waking up on a plane with a smashed-up face and no memory of the past few weeks, he heads to rehab where he discovers much more than detox and therapy. As James endures the white-knuckle journey of mending his broken body, he heals his broken soul by connecting with other kindred spirits who also yearn and fight for a better life.

The film also stars Charlie Hunnam, Billy Bob Thornton, Juliette Lewis, Giovanni Ribisi, and Odessa Young.

A Million Little Pieces will be released in the UK and Ireland from 30th August.
