Playing With Fire First Trailer John Cena Shouldn’t Give Up His ‘Day Job’

John Cena maybe the latest WWE wrestler on the up when it comes his acting credentials. He may be no where near the great one Dwayne Johnson’s ability and in Playing With Fire, he shouldn’t give up his ‘day job’ either.

Paramount Pictures has released the first Trailer for his upcoming family action comedy.

Cena has proven he has the star quality to be as big as Johnson. After proving he can act incredibly well in Amy Schumer’s Trainwreck then surprised us all in Blockers. What has happened now with Playing With Fire? Using one of his infamous slogans ‘You Can’t See Me’, Yes John we wish we didn’t.

This one Cena plays a leader of an super elite firefighter team during a rescue of three siblings, they find themselves facing their biggest challenge…Babysitting!

Ok we maybe unfair in this one, its an action family film and we’re not the targeted audience. It’s an hard sell when the family film isn’t animated. It doesn’t help much the acting, special effects look terrible too. As the they after one step forward, this looks two steps back in John Cena‘s career path.

When straight-laced fire superintendent Jake Carson (John Cena) and his elite team of expert firefighters (Keegan-Michael Key, John Leguizamo and Tyler Mane) come to the rescue of three siblings (Brianna Hildebrand, Christian Convery and Finley Rose Slater) in the path of an encroaching wildfire, they quickly realize that no amount of training could prepare them for their most challenging job yet – babysitters. Unable to locate the children’s parents, the firefighters have their lives, jobs and even their fire depot turned upside down and quickly learn that kids – much like fires – are wild and unpredictable.

The film also stars Keegan-Michael Key, John Leguizamo, Brianna Hildebrand, Dennis Haybert, Judy Greer.

Playing With Fire has ‘Coming Soon’ for its UK Release date and 13th November in the USA.
