Are we looking at an ‘Reneessance’ in 2019? Certainly busy year for Bridget Jones star Renée Zellweger with Judy her Judy Garland biopic. Before then, later this month she will present you with an ‘indecent proposal’ in What/If.

In What/If Zellweger plays Anne an aloof seductress who offers an young newly wed couple (played by Jane Levy and Blake Jenner)an offer they can’t refuse.

Not a lot is known about Zellweger’s character apart from she’s an mysterious but powerful capitalist. The new trailer offers an insight into Anne’s motives, Lisa (Levy) is an entrepreneur struggling. hence Anne will help with a night of passion with Lisa’s Husband!

It looks like Zellweger is channelling Robert Redford from Indecent Proposal(1993). She’s certainly having fun as a femme fatale, here’s hoping this one is more gender swapping film. The trailer suggests the series will be a slowburner potentially a show with depth rather based off one night of sex…
