Be prepared for the Zombie invasion with a collection of contemporary zombie flicks including the channel premiere of critically-acclaimed Maggie.The heart-breaking take on the Zombie genre starring none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger. Joe Dante‘s Burying The Ex a screwball Zomedy pays homage to the classic horror.
Inside director Miguel Ángel Vivas post-apocalyptic zombie actioner Extinction makes a welcome return to our TV screens. Have a laugh with Matthias Hoene’s ultra-splatter comedy horror Cockneys VS Zombies, Eastenders meets Dawn Of The Dead starring Michelle Ryan. If like us we love the Cult Spanish Zombie chiller [REC], John Erick Dowdle’s Quarantine pays homage to the film.

Television reporter Angela Vidal (Dexter’s Jennifer Carpenter) and her cameraman are assigned to spend the night shift with an LA Fire Station. Soon a routine 911 call takes them to a small apartment building, where they learn that a woman living in the building has been infected by something unknown. After a few of the residents are viciously attacked, they try to escape, only to find that the building has been quarantined. Trapped, and fighting a brooding entity, they become engaged in a brutal battle for survival.
Next to the Season Of The Dead line up, we also have UK TV premieres for Andrew C. Erin’s atmospheric supernatural chiller Resurrection Of Evil. Zach Lipovsky’s brings back Leprechaun (now former WWE star Hornswoggle) with gory odd-ball reboot Leprechaun: Origins.
There are a few other channel premieres including Abner Pastoll’s vividly deranged Road Games, starring genre icon Barbara Crampton, Ridley Scott’s 1985 twisted fantasy epic Legend, starring a very youthful Tom Cruise, and Steven Gomez’s superior Brit sci-fi action thriller Kill Command.
