Watch New Clip For Serenity Starring Matthew McConaughey & Anne Hathaway

Matthew McConaughey career has been like one big rollercoaster, riding high dipping to the lowest depth then back up. Since his Oscar winning performance in Dallas Buyers Club the road has been very bumpy. His next film Serenity will be out soon and its one thats been shrouded in mystery.

McConaughey plays a fishing boat captain whose serene life is about to be turned upside down when a face from his past returns. Returning with an proposal to kill her husband.

Sky Cinema films haven’t had the best of times at the box office or critically. They will be hoping this time things will change and early reviews hint of one of the most insane and absurd films. This is a Steven Knight film (Locke, Peaky Blinders, Hummingbird) and we’ve heard a quote calling this an ‘Male version of A Simple Favour’ thats enough for us to this film out!

For now check out the short but sweet new clip Baker Dill (McConaughey) getting a proposal from Karen (Anne Hathaway). Can he refuse it or one big red herring?
