Sing Your Own Song And Watch Wild Rose UK Trailer

Everyone has a dream, some are awesome, some we may never understand. In Wild Rose, sing your own song as a Scottish Mum dreams of Being a big star in Nashville.

BAFTA Rising star Jesse Buckley (Beast)stars as the Glaswegian mother fresh out of jails desperate to escape the city. To become a country singer, but with a mum (Julie Walters) who has no time for the genre.

We caught the film at its UK Premiere at the London Film Festival and we were impressed. Especially our leading lady Buckley, playing a determined woman, who becomes truly selfish forgetting about her welfare of her kids, for her on self worth. The film gained positive buzz not just at London but Toronto too and in the shadow of Brexit, a feel good film to escape the oncoming chaos that awaits us all.

Entertainment One has sent us the UK Trailer, check it out…

Rose-Lynn Harlan, played by BAFTA Rising Star nominee Jessie Buckley (Beast), is bursting with raw talent, charisma and cheek. Forced to take responsibility, Rose-Lynn gets a cleaning job, only to find an unlikely champion in the middle-class lady of the house (Sophie Okonedo).

Directed by Tom Harper, Wild Rose is an uplifting story with an original soundtrack about family, dreams and reality, and three chords and the truth.

Wild Rose will arrive in UK & Irish cinemas from 12 April (9th May in the USA). Film also stars Sophie Okonedo, James Harkness,Jamie Sives and directed by Peaky Blinders Tom Harper.
