The Titans Rise In New Godzilla II: King Of The Monsters Posters

This week saw the release of the second epic Trailer for Godzilla II: King Of The Monsters. If Gareth Edwards 2014 film left you with mixed feelings, Michael Dougherty’s version looking like will deliver the what hardcore fans want…ridiculously silly fun and lots of destruction!

To get that destruction we desire, we need some ‘titans’ and some of Godzilla’s adversaries. We won’t be getting one or two but three Titans, Rodan, Mothra, and King Ghidorah. Warner Bros Pictures has released three new titan character posters that look perfect not just in cinema walls but also your own bedroom walls…

The story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.

The film stars Millie Bobby Brown (her debut feature film), Vera Farmiga, Kyle Chandler, Bradley Whitford, Thomas Middleditch, Charles Dance, Sally Hawkins, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Aisha Hinds, Zhang Ziyi and Anthony Ramos.

Godzilla 2: King Of The Monsters now has the confirmed UK and Irish cinema release date and that date is 31st May 2019.
