“Freedom!” With the embarrassing handling from Theresa May with a certain never-ending Brexit, Outlaw King will bring a smile to nationalists north if the border. After last weeks London and Scottish premiere’s Netflix has released a brand new Trailer.
If you’re looking for any inspiration to rally the troops or a nation, Chris Pine does it in this trailer. Pine is Robert The Bruce and if you’re waiting for the ‘Braveheart’ moment, you’ll get a taste of it below. Honour. Power. Courage. Strength. and Pine giving it ‘Bruceheart’!
The film received some mixed reviews from its world premiere at last month’s Toronto Film Festival. Director David MacKenzie took onboard that criticism, heading back to the editing room trimming about 20 minutes off the film. Now the running time is just under 2 hours and the London Film Festival response was a lot better. We caught the film at London too, check the link below the trailer for that review.
