We all have to grow up sometime and even when we are grown up, it doesn’t mean to say we can’t resonate with her childhood. In Disney‘s Christopher Robin Ewan McGregor plays the namesake titular character who hates been grown up. Christopher needs a ‘pooh’ next month he will come face to face with Winnie The Pooh once again.
Today Disney has released a spanking new third UK Trailer as The Hundred Acre Wood will soon be opened to the world once more. Can Christopher rekindle his childhood or will the film be a tale of growing up with grace?
We do get a little bit teased by Pooh Bear’s origins but most of all a slice of the humour we can expect. Great to see The toys look more genuinely worn than new, more like real toys dolls!
In the heartwarming live action adventure Disney’s Christopher Robin, the young boy who shared countless adventures with his band of lovable stuffed animals in the Hundred Acre Wood is now grown up and living in London but he has lost his way. Now it is up to his childhood friends to venture into our world and help Christopher Robin rediscover the joys of family life, the value of friendship and to appreciate the simple pleasures in life once again.
The film stars Ewan McGregor as Christopher Robin; Hayley Atwell as his wife Evelyn; Bronte Carmichael as his daughter Madeline; and Mark Gatiss as Giles Winslow, Robin’s boss. The film also features the voices of Jim Cummings as Winnie the Pooh and Tigger; Brad Garrett as Eeyore; Toby Jones as Owl; Nick Mohammed as Piglet; Peter Capaldi as Rabbit; and Sophie Okonedo as Kanga. World War Z director Marc Forster directs.
