Mankind Meets It’s ‘Best Friend’ In New Alpha Trailer

Mankind Meets It’s ‘Best Friend’ In New Alpha Trailer

Nearly A Year after we brought you the first Trailer for Alpha starring Kodi Smit-McPhee, we finally get the film’s second Trailer.

It seems a lot has changed in those twelve months for the film. Sony Pictures has totally changed the film’s tone to deliver something completely different. There were gory fight scenes, grittier darker fight to survive. They have all seemed to have disappeared from the marketing but it doesn’t mean those scenes have been ditched altogether.

It feels Sony Pictures has gone for a more inspirational story and the story of how mankind met it’s best friend, the dog. The adventure follows the young man injured on his first hunt learning to survive the harsh conditions. He has company a wolf but can the pair rely on each other to survive?

Sony Pictures has sent the new UK Trailer for the film, check it out below…

An epic adventure set in the last Ice Age. Europe, 20,000 years ago. While on his first hunt with his tribe’s most elite group, a young man is injured and left for dead. Awakening to find himself broken and alone — he must learn to survive and navigate the harsh and unforgiving wilderness. Reluctantly taming a lone wolf abandoned by its pack, the pair learns to rely on each other and become unlikely allies, enduring countless dangers and overwhelming odds in order to find their way home before the deadly winter arrives.
