If it’s classic whodunnit murder mystery your looking for Agatha Christie she was a master of suspense. Next month Kenneth Branagh is bringing Murder On The Orient Express back to the big screen and 20th Century Fox has released a new featurette.
Whilst Christie wasn’t a big fan of her books were adapted for the big or small screen, so how can you make this movie different? When the book has already 23 other versions you have to deliver something distinctive, so it’s going to be a hard task for Branagh. Hercule Poirot is an iconic sleuth and as you’ll see Branagh has grown the moustache and a something that’s proper wholesome vintage style mystery drama.
What you’ll see the promo below, Branagh also uses the latest technology by shooting the movie in 65mm compared to the last version which was 35mm. The new cameras really capture the fantastic cinematography of Haris Zambarloukos. He’s also gone as far as using as little or no green screen but projectors, he wants us to get the ultimate cinematic experience. Here’s hoping he delivers!
