Day 2 of our 31 Days If Horror countdown is Chasity Bites delivered by our writer Ross Wilcock…
Leah is a high school newspaper journalist who is hungry for a juicy story, so when a mysterious new teacher begins at the school Leah does some investigating and discovers that the new popular teacher is hungry for her students.
I stumbled across this gem on sky one night and thought I’d give it a go. Thankfully it was actually pretty fun. I really loved the plot and thought it was interesting how the film played out.
I wasn’t sure at first if I was going to like it as it had that indie film vibe about it, although I do love a good indie horror. So after about ten minutes, I was interested mainly because the dialogue was comedic and witty and I felt the film had a little something extra from other films of the teen horror genre.
I think this is one I’ll be watching every Halloween.
It certainly shocked me how much I enjoyed the film and how much I found it interesting and sometimes creepy!!
I love Steph scoring of the film and thought that really brought the film together and held it up.
Overall Thai was a fun, decent and sometimes cheesy horror and I think it would be perfect for the Halloween season!!
