New Mother! UK Poster Lawrence And Bardem Are ‘Fractured’

You wondered why Paramount Pictures Left Darren Aronofksy’s Mother! marketing virtually to weeks before, after watching the trailer you can see why. The mystery, the suspense grips you and drags you in, wet your curiosity to see what Aronofsky has to offer. After the frustration of Noah, it’s exciting to see the director go back to what he’s done so good in the past, psychological horror.

We adored Black Swan and the total twisted mindf*ck of a movie it became, Mother! seems will go down similar roots with a more ‘traditional’ horror roots.It’s still shrouded in mystery which is a big attraction, there also seems to be a tone similar to many 1970s horror movies too. Whatever unfolds we can’t wait to see how this one goes as our minds are 200% trying to fathom what this movie may be about!

In Mother! the focus is all about a couple (Jennifer Lawerence and Javier Bardem) who live a quaint life out in the tranquil countryside. That peaceful existence is interrupted when they have uninvited guests that test their relationship.

Mother! is due to make its world Premiere at Venice Film Festival before Paramount Pictures release it in the UK, Ireland and the USA from 15th September. The movie also stars Ed Harris, Michelle Pfeiffer, Domhnall Gleeson, Brian Gleeson, and Kristen Wiig.
