When things become monochromatic those movies pick up a lot of hipster points. But if you witnessed the movie when it was originally released you know the movie was something truly special and a fitting ending to a popular X-men. We’ve been teased with the noir version of Logan since the marketing for the cinematic release and now it’s coming with the home release. This version now connects the black and white image we saw during the cinema promotion (see above). If you were fortunate last night in U.S via the Alamo Drafthouse cinema chain fans had a chance to see Logan Noir on the big screen. We don’t yet if there will be a limited release in UK cinemas, however, the success of the movie we won’t be surprised.

In Logan James Mangold brings a visceral and gritty realism to the story, based on one of Marvel Comics’ most popular characters. But Logan’s attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are upended when a young mutant (Dafne Keen) arrives, being pursued by dark forces.
