The Hitman’s Bodyguard UK Trailer Ryan Reynolds Protects A ‘Motherf*cker’

A Hitman will ‘silence’ anyone for the right amount a cash and will probably make a lot of enemies along the way too. You would think that person be able to handle themselves? Wrong! In the UK Trailer, for The Hitman’s Bodyguard, Ryan Reynolds finds himself protecting a ‘Motherf*cker’ of a hitman Samuel L.Jackson! The question is whose really protecting who?!

Patrick Hughes returns to the action world with an action comedy which sees Reynolds and Jackson attempting to revive the buddy cop comedy. Would you protect the man who single handily ruined the word ‘Motherf*cker’? If you love Samuel L. Jackson poking fun at his trademark expletive and Reynolds been the dumbfounded ‘Bodyguard’, you may just be ready for a fun filled movie…Tick-tock Motherf*cker!

THE HITMAN’S BODYGUARD is an action comedy about the world’s top protection agent (Reynolds) and his new client: a notorious hitman (Jackson). They’ve been on opposite ends of a bullet for years but now must come together for 24 hours to get from England to The Hague. The only thing standing in their way is the murderous dictator (Oldman) who uses his power to create trouble for the pair at every stop along their way.

Apart from the usual barrel loads of Mo-fo’s from Jackson, Reynolds getting slapped around like a fish from a Monty Python Sketch, this movie has a lot going for it. The expletives may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but this has the chases, the explosions and a fun chemistry from our leading twosome. C’mon you can’t beat the Whitney Houston ‘I Will Always Love You’ song from…The Bodyguard! There does feel sense of Lethal Weapon chemistry going on in this movie and with very few similar style movies failing to work, this one may just work in its favour. Curse words or not, this one will give your brain a rest and potentially give your funny bone a workout.

The Hitman’s Bodyguard is set to be released in the UK, Ireland and The U.S on 18th August. Co-starring Gary Oldman, Salma Hayek, Elodie Yung, Joaquim De Almeida, Kirsty Mitchell, with Richard E. Grant.
