It’s been a long time coming but the day has finally arrived, give into the ‘video side’ and be awestruck by  Star Wars: The Last Jedi first UK Trailer! Can you feel the force? Give into the temptations as Lucasfilm delivers an early Easter present…

As Star Wars delivers its annual celebrations over the Atlantic in Orlando Florida, those lovely folks at Disney HQ have shipped us over the first trailer for Chapter 8. The third movie of the new era of Star Wars movies and like the previous two (Force Awakens, Rogue One), we’re in safe hands.

The new trailer is essentially a teaser trailer, which doesn’t give away much reveals if anything is announcing the marketing campaign for Episode VIII has truly kicked off. There is a balance, Light. Darkness, lot’s of referencing which will get people talking and hardcore fans foaming at the mouth with excitement. If you wanted a certain Luke Skywalker in Episode VII to talk, you’ll be glad to know he does here. A strong statement that this could be the end of the Jedi movement,”I only know one truth, It’s time for the Jedi… to end.“.

Is he referring to himself or does this further support Rey is a Jedi too? He’s training her and he only knows that ‘One Truth’. It’s dark days ahead for the resistance, as the First Order lay waste to their bases with their ‘Gorilla Walkers’. We do get glimpses of some of the action scenes including the old lady herself Millenium Falcon taking on some Tie Fighters.

We do hear talk of a certain maintenance worker for the resistance Rose (Kelly Marie Tran) who is one of the two new characters mentioned. What we know is she will be an ‘unlikely hero’!There’s no official synopsis just yet, but what we know from all the coverage so far, we will dive deeper into Rey’s background. The story’s tone looks will be a lot darker, Rian Johnson has created a visually fantastic movie which we all can’t wait to see! Forget Easter we want Christmas!
