If Charlie Hunnam didn’t convince you as Percy Fawcett the adventure in The Lost City Of Z, he does look more at home as Arthur. In an adventure not for a lost city in the jungles of the Amazon but to regain what’s rightly yours.
When the child Arthur’s father is murdered, Vortigern (Jude Law), Arthur’s uncle, seizes the crown. Robbed of his birthright and with no idea who he truly is, Arthur comes up the hard way in the back alleys of the city. But once he pulls the sword from the stone, his life is turned upside down and he is forced to acknowledge his true legacy…whether he likes it or not.
This won’t be a straightforward retelling of King Arthur’s story but even centuries after the legend was unearthed they true story never fully been told.
