Five years since the last adventure The Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: The Longhaul has a new caped crusader, a new web-slinger and a new kid who wants to be ‘wimpy’. Like many long-running franchises there comes a time when they must be rebooted and Wimpy Kid movie 4 is that movie. Zachary Gordon and Robert Capron our wimps from the previous movies are all grown up so it’s time for a new hero to be wimpy! Our new wimpy hero is Greg, he’s no muscle bound spandex hero, just a skinny little kid (Jason Ian Drucker) who just looks like a Zachary Gordon look alike. This maybe a reboot of sorts it still Jeff Kinney book (probably a combo of stories) and what better way to introduce a new family to the chaos in a family road trip. Now, who would picture Alicia Silverstone playing mum?
