‘Believe In Diana’ In New Woman Woman Poster

Like it or not the pressure is on all Comic book movies after Logan. It maybe an ‘R-Rated’ movie but it’s raised the level expectations in those movies, like Wonder Woman. 2017 D.C Entertainment will be hoping DECU will finally challenge Marvel on an equal par and Warner Bros. are hoping you will ‘Believe In Diana’. That’s Diana Prince better known as Wonder Woman and in the latest Poster for the upcoming movie, the amazon warrior princess is ready for battle.

After the frustration of Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn Of Justice (which our warrior protagonist made her on screen debut) and Suicide Squad, questions are been asked, ‘Can DC Deliver?’ The buzz on this movie so far has been fairly strong and the previous trailers have shown promise. Now as we get closer to the Summer, it’s time to speed up the promotion and unleash Wonder Woman on the cinephiles. The Poster below is simple in design, gorgeous colour scheme but all eyes are on our heroine. November was the last time we had a trailer, and usually, after a new poster is released a trailer will follow or at least new footage. Next few days we’ve been told new footage is coming.

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.

Patty Jenkins directs the film from a screenplay by Allan Heinberg, story by Zack Snyder & Allan Heinberg and Jason Fuchs, based on characters from DC. Wonder Woman was created by William Moulton Marston.

Wonder Woman is set for 2nd June UK & Irish cinema release. Starring Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Ewan Bremner and Saïd Taghmaoui.
