The long road is nearly over for Harry Potter fans and with just over 4 weeks as Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them will be on our cinema screens. Today Warner Bros. want to tease on how you will watch the welcome return to Potter-verse and they have released this rather awesome look at the recent IMAX Fan event, check it out…
Before The Boy Who Lived. Across an ocean. A new world of magic awaits! Ok we might not be exactly back with Harry Potter and chums at Hogwarts, but a step back in time to the roaring 20’s and American house of wizardry. Tonight’s fan event which was a global event where cast and crew appeared to answer questions for fans. There was one big slice of news that developed, Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them is the first movie in a five-part series.
Great news for Potter Heads worldwide that this won’t be a one-off journey but a multi-billion Harry Potter spin-off that will spin 2 more movies than the original intended 3 books. It won’t be any shock to the fans especially as the books already out and the fan base is already established. Some may call it over indulgence but the fans won’t care, so are the 2 extra movies going to be a final 2 parter like how Harry Potter movies finished?
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens in 1926 as magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.
After the disastrous start to the D.C Cinematic Universe, the will certainly the powers to be smiling again at Warner Bros, hopefully, everyone else too. So is this a positive sign Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them will deliver? 18th November all will be revealed!
