Today New York Comic Con is coming but War is too. Ahead of its appearance at the Comic Con 20th Century Fox has revealed War For The Planet Of The Apes first promo in the shape of a digital billboard. The board itself will be seen in New York’s Time square with Caesar delivering a haunting, terrifying message ‘War Has Begun‘, to by Caesar to Malcolm (Jason Clarke) at the end of The Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes. In the third chapter of the critically acclaimed blockbuster franchise, Caesar and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless Colonel.
This promo doesn’t reveal any film footage, it’s expected New York Comic Con will reveal that footage potentially the film’s first teaser. What we get here is Caesar materialising out of snow or is it ashes delivering the stark message that also includes You must go before the fighting begins. I’m sorry. War has begun.” The reboot is one of the very few successes in rebooted franchises and it had to be as Planet of The Apes original franchise is one of the most loved franchises in sci-fi history. Apparently tonight in New York the film’s panel is taking place so can we expect to see the first trailer tomorrow?
