Rangers Zords Are Go! New Power Rangers Dinozord Posters!

If you still see them as those multi-coloured spandex heroes there coming back like it or loathe it , The Power Rangers are go 2017!Next month on America’s other big Comic Cons next to San Diego, NYCC New York Comic Con and Lionsgate will have a big presence. They  will host a power-packed panel that will feature the stars and filmmakers from the highly anticipated feature films  Saban’s Power Rangers (and John Wick: Chapter 2) during New York Comic Con on Saturday, October 8.

To up the ante for the upcoming panel which footage from the film will be shown, Lionsgate have sent us a set of new teaser posters. The new posters show off the Rangers Zords (Dinozords) controlled by each of the Rangers, who can call the colossal assault vehicles when they need them. They can also morph all together and create awesomely powerful Megazoid. Tyrannosaurus (Red Ranger), the Saber-Toothed Tiger (Yellow Ranger), the Triceratops (Blue Ranger), the Pterodactyl (Pink Ranger) and the Mastodon (Black Ranger).

There’s no word on exactly when the first trailer will arrive, with rumours saying the lucky attendees at the New York Comic Con will see that elusive trailer. There is meant to be new footage on show but we don’t know if it will be the trailer . Like many Comic Cons the footage will be released online (officially or unofficially) days after.

The cast of Power Rangers includes Bryan Cranston as the mighty Zordon and Elizabeth Banks as super-powered villain Rita Repulsa. The rangers themselves are made up from singer Becky G as Yellow Ranger Trini, Ludi Lin as Black Ranger Zack, Dacre Montgomery as Red Ranger Jason, Naomi Scott as Pink Ranger Kimberly, and RJ Cyler as Blue Ranger Billy.

Project Almanac’s Dean Israelite is directing The Power Rangers Movie with March 2017 the targeted release date.
