Watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows First Trailer

Even after a critical panning a sequel is coming  for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:Out Of The Shadows showing that those heroes In A  half shell have the shell protect them from that negativity. In the film’s first trailer promises to delve deeper into the origins introducing new characters, meet Bebop & Rocksteady.

Whilst the original comic books and 80’s Cartoon we can’t argue with, the involvement of The Baymeister Michael Bay was, ‘No Thanks’ call for some fans. But as we always say if Bay goes back to his early days of filmmaking more people maybe forgiving and for Out Of The Shadows this promo suggest they will go big looking at the Cartoons & comics for inspiration.

Fans of the franchise will automatically notice this trailer introduces to of its original Baddies (pre-mutant form) Bepop & Rocksteady better known as Gary Anthony Williams and Stephen Farrelly  aka WWE Sheamus. If they play on the mythology of the origins it may win over some people, but money talks and the first film despite been awful it’s done enough to deserve another bite at the cherry. Aesthetically this looks much the same again with Earth To Echo now onboard directing his vision for the film a match for Bay’s production style. However Green embraced the 1980s feel in his underrated feature debut with writers Josh Applebaum and André Nemec Out Of The Shadows are going for Cartoon feel. The evidence does suggest despite our criticisms of the first film this might be an improvement already and grown men might start using “cowabunga dude” like they did in their childhood once again!

At this stage we don’t have any info on the film’s actual plot to share with you at this stage. Megan Fox, Will Arnett as April O’Neil and Vernon Fenwick. William Fichtner returns with Alan Ritchson, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploszek, Noel Fisher plus Johnny Knoxville our Turtles voices. Brian Tee is now Shredder with Tyler Perry as Baxter Stockman, Laura Linney as the average cop and Arrow’s Stephen Amell as the human vigilante Casey Jones joins the newcomers.

Tennage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows is due for release in UK&Ireland 3rd June 2016.
