A long time ago in a galaxy far, far iconic sci-fi franchise gripped us all 30 years ago, but today feel the force as Star Wars:The Force Awakens new trailer drags us back. As we draw closer to December release one more probably final trailer arrives online re-awakening our anticipation.

For those eagle eyed Americans you may have witnessed this trailer during the Monday Night Football TV Show on ESPN but now as we slept the UK version has now arrived online. Compared to other major blockbusters Star Wars:The Force Awakens promotion has been a lot more restrained however like all JJ Abrams films he certainly knows how to tease the fans building our excitement for when the film arrives.

We can certainly say the wait seems to be worth it, plenty of lightsaber moves, explosive spaceship action, drama everything you expect from a Space Opera as majestic as Star Wars. For the hardcore purists of the franchise the new trailer may not reveal anymore of the plot despite the new footage, leaving you ponder some unanswered questions. Daisy Ridley‘s Rey what is her connection? Is she related to Luke Skywalker or could she even be the daughter of Princess Leia and Hans Solo? John Boyega is he Lando Calrissen son or related in some way too? Kylo Ren is so menacing he’s taking some mighty steps to replace Darth Vader

With many of the original franchise characters appearing in episode 7 those theories could be potentially be true and will keep many scratching their heads until the film arrives. It’s expected this will be the last trailer but this is an iconic franchise don’t be surprised more will trickle online the final few weeks. Below check out the latest poster which showcases the main characters especially Rey but where is Luke?
