The Premiere of Nancy Meyer’s heart-warming comedy The Intern takes place Sunday at 6pm (27th September) in London’s Leicester Square. You can join the live stream showing all the action from the red carpet. Those expected to attend include cast members Anne Hathaway and Robert De Niro as well as Director Nancy Meyers and other special guests.
In The Intern, DeNiro stars as Ben Whittaker, a 70-year-old widower who has discovered that retirement isn’ t all it’ s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (Hathaway).
The European premiere live stream from the red carpet kicks off 1800 hrs local time, running for at least 45 minutes possibly longer.
The Intern will arrive in UK&Irish cinemas 2nd October, co-starring Rene Russo, Anders Holm, Natt Wolff.
