After yesterday’s gorgeous images today we get another look at the films admire and be enthralled by the beauty of natural lightning, harsh conditions. Whilst the first trailer paraded the violence, this new trailer gives us the clearest message, this film is going to be a full blooded revenge Western. More dialogue and a chance to meet some of those characters help bring our hero Glass story to life.

Inspired by true events,The Revenant is an immersive and visceral cinematic experience capturing one man’s epic adventure of survival and the extraordinary power of the human spirit. In an expedition of the uncharted American wilderness,  explorer Hugh Glass (Leonardo DiCaprio) is brutally attacked by a bear and left for dead by members of his own hunting team. In a quest to survive, Glass must endure unimaginable grief as well as the betrayal of his confidant John Fitzgerald (Tom Hardy). Guided by sheer will and the love of his family, Glass must navigate a vicious winter in a relentless pursuit to live and find redemption.

More and more you watch this and even from the images Emmanuel Lubezki is certain to bag himself another Oscar, with the help of renowned Production Designer Jack Fisk.(He’s worked on many David Lynch, Terrence Malick and Paul Thomas Anderson films).

The Revenant arrives in UK&Ireland on 16th January 2016 (USA 25th December limited then 9th January 2016) co-starring Will Poulter, Grace Dove Syme,Lukas Haas, Domhnall Gleeson.
