Meet Snoopy’s lady friend in new image and poster

snoopy and fifi

Good grief! This new image from Snoopy and Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie sees the world’s most beloved beagle flying above Paris joined by a very fancy French poodle named Fifi. This is our first introduction to Fifi, billed as “the dog of Snoopy’s dreams“, and from the looks of it she is set to play an important role in Snoopy’s life.

Synopsis – Snoopy, the world’s most lovable beagle – and flying ace – embarks upon his greatest mission as he takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis The Red Baron, while his best pal, Charlie Brown, begins his own epic quest.

It is hard to believe that Charlie Brown and his beloved dog Snoopy haven’t had a big screen outing until now. Based on a comic strip created by Charles M Schulz in 1950, the Peanuts gang have had a lot of success with television specials, but later this year we will finally get to see them on the big screen.

A new poster for the film has also been released featuring Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Linus.

There is no official release date as of yet but expect Snoopy and the gang to fly onto our screens later this year.
