Change Is Coming Watch First Fantastic Four Trailer

Fantastic-Four

They’ll face risk, Sacrifices they know the consequences mean change is coming, finally behold the first official UK trailer for Josh Trank‘s Fantastic Four is here!

It’s been nothing but silence since it as confirmed FF team where getting the make over treatment but as we step even closer to Summer and now Fox have unleashed the first trailer.

Marvel’s longest running ever superhero have had the misfortune of been released during the early revival days but 7 years after their last big screen outing (Fantastic Four: Rise Of The Silver Surfer) like Spiderman they get their re-imaging. Now freshened up Chronicle director Trank is describing this new version ‘Hard Sci-fi’ meaning this version FF is more realistic, human, gritty and to keep up with the today’s younger teen demographic a lot younger more naive. There is no big reveals in this trailer but we expect that but it suggest our 4 intrepid soon to be superheroes may not find their powers in the Jack Kirby way ala comic book but possibly but in another possible way, which is exciting. Tonely everything looks good and teases in the right places.

This is one of the films I wasn’t so keen to see but now with the possible Cronenberg-esque inspiration to the film Fantastic Four may turn out to be one of the un-expected Summer Blockbusters of 2015!. Fantastic Four is due out in UK&Ireland on 6th August with Miles Teller as young Reed Richards, Kate Mara as Sue Storm with Michael B Jordan as Johnny Sue’s adopted brother and Jamie Bell as the Thing. Film also stars Toby Kebell providing the villain as Doctor Doom.

Synopsis
FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways.
